We are looking for individuals who have a TN Security Guard License or if you don't possess, can obtain it (Cost: $192.15)

Responsibilities - Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, assessing situations effectively.
- Utilize CCTV systems to monitor activities within the facility and document any incidents or irregularities.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the safety of individuals in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
Experience - Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment (CCTV) and conflict management techniques is essential.
- Certification in First Aid, AED, and CPR is preferred; training can be provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure while handling conflicts or emergencies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective reporting and interaction with team members and the public.
Requirements - TN Security Guard License
- Pass Drug Test
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving history
- Clean criminal background check
Shifts Available - 2nd shift- weekdays
- On Call Schedules- Open Availability
