Skill/Experiences:-

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, business analysis, with strong expertise in requirements gathering, data analysis, and documentation .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data .
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in Azure cloud, Databricks, SQL, Bank data background, Audit
• Knowledge of Databricks and Python is preferred .
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Skilled in identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets.
• Experienced in root cause analysis and developing data-driven solutions.
• Able to break down complex problems into manageable components.
• Proficient in assessing data quality and identifying inconsistencies.
• Capable of interpreting results and translating data into actionable insights.
• Adept at prioritizing tasks based on business impact.
• Comfortable working with incomplete or ambiguous data.
• Skilled in creating and analyzing use cases based on various data scenarios
• Strong communication skills for effectively conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile environments. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.
