As a Sr. Learning Experience Designer you will build engaging learning experiences for technical audiences at eero. You’ll work closely with leaders across eero to support learners across a wide range of technical capabilities and create learning solutions in a variety of modalities.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders across eero to identify and analyze learning needs, utilizing industry data and user research to inform learning solutions
- Lead end-to-end design process from analysis through implementation
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure learning experiences have measurable outcomes that drive business impact
- Design learner-centric solutions that use best practices in adult learning theory
- Communicate design concepts clearly throughout the lifecycle of the project to all key stakeholders
- Evaluate and optimize learning solutions through feedback mechanisms and data-driven insights
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in adult learning theory and design expertise

A day in the life
You will spend your day creating learning experiences, owning the full ADDIE process, working closely with stakeholders across eero, including Product, Engineering, Business Development, Partner Support, Marketing, and CX; ensuring learning experiences drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring learning content meets the needs of each audience, is accurate and demonstrates appropriate technical depth, and follows best practices in adult learning theory. You will use a variety of authoring tools to create content in mediums including but not limited to instructor led, self directed / eLearning, video, gifs, job aids, and facilitator guides.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years in an instructional design role, building learning experiences for technical audiences
- University degree or equivalent experience in educational technology, instructional design, adult education, visual design, or similar field
- Proficient in authoring and design tools including but not limited to Articulate, Camtasia, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, or similar tools
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deliverables on time with a high degree of quality
- Able to share an online portfolio
