Requirements for Grand Opening Spa Consultants:

• Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently to assist clients and maintain services.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available to train at our St. Charles location prior to opening.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $14.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities as a Spa Consultant:

Sales Excellence:

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain self-motivation and be numbers driven
• Provide personalized recommendations for clients’ sun spa and wellness needs.

Client Experience:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every client from the moment they step in.
• Foster strong relationships with new and returning clients as we grow our client base in Ballwin, MO.

Grand Opening Operations:

• Assist in setting up and maintaining salon standards for the grand opening event.
• Keep the salon spotless and organized to ensure a welcoming environment for all clients.
• Continually shows pride in work place environment

Community Engagement:

• Represent Glo Tanning as an enthusiastic and outgoing team member in the local Ballwin community.
• Help promote our services and grand opening excitement through excellent customer interactions.
