Job Description

**Job Title: SMT Operator** **Job Responsibilities** + Load proper parts into SMT machine. + Adjust, set-up, and operate machines when shorthanded. + Perform basic programming at the machine, including selecting programs. + Read and comprehend English. + Be willing to work overtime when required. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma. + 1-year experience in the setup of SMT components on feeders. + Ability to interpret Engineering documentation. + Proficiency in setting up all types of feeders based on SMT setup sheet. + Experience working in a manufacturing environment. + Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English. + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer literacy. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Work Environment** + Work in a clean room environment where standing is required for 90% of the day. + Operate under a microscope and wear proper clean room and ESD attire. + The standard attire includes comfortable flat closed-toed shoes, jeans or work pants, and a capped sleeve plain t-shirt. + The position follows a first shift schedule from 6AM to 2:30PM. **Shift and Pay** + M-F + 6 am - 2:30 pm + $20-29/hour **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
