Description Join Amazon Global Logistics as a Shipper Performance Coach and drive innovation in our transportation and logistics network. In this pivotal role, you'll enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers, evaluate network defects, and implement performance improvements. You'll then conduct coaching sessions with shippers, offering tailored advice to improve their processes. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with various teams to implement new strategies and track their effectiveness. You'll also participate in innovation sessions, brainstorming ways to revolutionize the transportation shipper experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
