Reporting to the Manager of Experience Design for Commerce Experiences, the Senior User Experience Designer will focus on driving innovative and user-centric experiences that optimize the online purchasing, subscription management and renewal journeys. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience design principles, a strong background in ecommerce processes, the ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. For consideration, candidates must include **both a resume + portfolio with password** when applying. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirements + Design and implement user-centered solutions to improve customer processes, tools, and systems + Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions + Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions + Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, research and service design, and other designers to ensure alignment and successful implementation of design solutions + Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics + Advocate for best practices in user experience design and ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines + Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into internal marketing workflows **Minimum Qualifications** + Minimum of 4 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on internal workflows and processes + Proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions for complex workflows + Strong understanding of marketing processes and tools + Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar + Excellent communication and collaboration skills + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail + Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in ecommerce - B2B and B2C + Knows designing for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel experiences + Experience with Agile software design methods + Experience with Autodesk or comparable competitive products **Learn More** **About Autodesk** Welcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $106,500 and $183,700. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
