We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care, supporting mothers during labor, and ensuring safe delivery experiences.
📍 Location: Warwick, United States
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role: RN – Labor & Delivery
🕒 Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday (3 Days × 12 Hours = 36 Hrs/Week)
What You'll Do:
🎯 Provide comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers throughout the labor process.
🩺 Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure safety.
🤝 Collaborate with obstetricians and healthcare teams to develop individualized birth plans.
📚 Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
🚑 Respond quickly to emergencies and provide critical interventions as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Active RN license (Maryland or compact state).
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery or related field.
✅ Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
