Residential Service Plumber

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Residential Service Plumber to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of residential plumbing tasks, from routine faucet repairs to complex water heater installations. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Expert Service Delivery: Execute precise and efficient plumbing, drain cleaning, and in-home service calls.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Customer Education & Sales: Educate customers on residential plumbing needs, financial options, and maintenance plans.

• Technical Support & Problem Resolution: Provide expert technical support for effective problem resolution.

• Revenue Generation: Exceed revenue goals through adherence to established sales criteria.

• Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on manufacturer products and actively engage in training sessions.

• Diagnosis & Repair: Diagnose and resolve a range of plumbing issues with appropriate tools.

• Mentorship & Training: Mentor apprentices, contributing to a skilled workforce.

• Job Site & Vehicle Management: Maintain an organized job site and well-inventoried truck for efficiency.

• Ethical Conduct: Uphold high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in all interactions.

What We Need From You:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience preferred.

• Licensing: Journeyman and Masters Plumbing Licenses are a plus.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude.

• Driving Record: A clean and safe driving record.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional customer communication skills.

• Teamwork: A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time, prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders, and ability to work outside in varying temperatures.
