Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients.
- Patient assessments.
- Medication administration.
- Treatment planning.
- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Case management.
- Precepting new nurses or staff.
- Floating between units as needed (Mother Baby).
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
- Minimum two years of hospital experience.
