Responsibilities: • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing, so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Follow the expansion team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close Sales Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Real Estate License • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Must live in the greater Phoenix area About Company: The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
