Description Growing company is expanding and adding a Real Estate Analyst to their growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategy to support key business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial systems, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This position will make a strategic impact and offers upward mobility as the company continues to meet its growth plans. Responsibilities: + Support procurement and insights departments to lead the development and maintenance of departmental KPIs and dashboards. + Develop and maintain operational and financial models to provide forward-looking financial and operational business impacts. + Provide weekly updates of reports to different functional groups and help track KPIs and progress of initiatives. + Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support the senior leadership team and various departments with business needs. + Assist in the development and implementation of best practices and procedures. + Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed or required. + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. For confidential consideration, submit your resume to Esti.Castresana@RobertHalf.c0m Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance + 2+ years of real estate lease administrator or paralegal experience, preferably in an organization with a large, multi-site real estate portfolio. + Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Google Mail, and related software. + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. + Professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, both in person and by phone.
