Job Title: QA Analyst 

Location: California (Remote PST shift availability required)

Job Brief

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our E-Commerce development team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on tester with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a curiosity for modern QA tools including AI-powered solutions. While manual testing expertise is essential, familiarity with automation basics and mobile testing (iOS and Android) is a strong plus. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their QA skills while contributing to high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test plans and test cases for Web and Mobile (iOS and Android) applications.
• Perform thorough exploratory and functional testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
• Document, track, and communicate bugs and issues clearly using test management tools.
• Work with automation and QA teams to identify test cases suitable for automation.
• Utilize AI-powered QA tools or modern testing solutions to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to Agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously learn and adopt best practices, tools, and techniques in QA and software testing.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of QA experience (hands-on testing preferred).

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile QA methodologies.
• Exposure to Web and Mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
• Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with API testing and test management/bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Linear).

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI-driven QA tools or AI agents to support testing activities.
• Exposure to SaaS or e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of performance testing concepts.
