Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (BSN)with psychiatric experience  (contract will run to December 30, 2025)supporting the Residential Programin Rockville, MD. This role is vital in providing medical and psychiatric support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises in a short-term residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver routine health assessments, medication management, and support for psychiatric clients
• Collaborate with clinical staff and case managers to monitor clients’ mental and physical well-being
• Assist in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization efforts
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all clinical protocols
• Communicate with external healthcare providers as needed

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensein the state of Maryland
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a team-based environment
• Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing Required

• This is a contract positionfor a duration to December 30, 2025
• Hours:10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
