Desired Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience handling full-cycle property accounting functions, including reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closings
• Proficiency with accounting platforms (experience with systems like Appfolio is a plus), and the ability to adapt to tech-forward environments
• Strong communication and organization skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability
• Solid understanding of GAAP and comfort with analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies or variances
