MES Consultant

Position : Onsite ( Contract )

Location: Detroit, Michigan

We're looking for an experienced MES Consultant to lead the discovery phase of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation. This role involves evaluating current manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for digital integration, and defining a strategic roadmap for MES adoption tailored to our operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with cross-functional teams
• Analyze manufacturing workflows, data systems, and pain points
• Recommend MES solutions aligned with operational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define implementation requirements
• Prepare documentation and initial project scoping 

What do we seek in you?

• Proven experience with MES platforms and manufacturing processes

• Strong analytical and facilitation skills
• Experience in process mapping and digital transformation
• Knowledge of sealant or chemical manufacturing is a plus 
• Strong knowledge in SAP PP
