Position Overview: Sugar Hill Farm is seeking a skilled and dedicated Meat Cutter to join our team, part-time, Mondays - Wednesdays.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meat products for our customers, ensuring that all cuts meet our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities: - Perform meat cutting tasks
- Ensure all meat products are prepared according to food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to hygiene protocols
- Utilize knives and other cutting tools safely and effectively while following proper handling techniques
- Be able to lift up to 60 lbs
Experience: - Previous experience in meat processing is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience with meat cutting techniques and equipment
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexible schedule
- 16-24 hours per week expected

The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
