Job Title: Maintenance Worker (Grounds & Building Laborer)

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

Enterprise Solutions Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker / General Laborer to join our team in Jacksonville, MO .
This position involves groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, and light maintenance work at a respected public facility.

If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work , maintenance tasks , and keeping spaces clean and organized , this role offers a stable and rewarding opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance and landscaping : pulling weeds, trimming, watering, planting, and mulching
• Operate power washers, mowers, and hand tools for facility upkeep
• Conduct light building maintenance including painting, staining, and minor repairs
• Clean equipment, windows, and work areas
• Spread grass seed and maintain lawns and flower beds
• Assist with custodial duties and general cleaning tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Complete additional maintenance assignments as needed

Schedule

• Monday to Friday — Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Day shift; hours may vary slightly based on weather or project needs
• Occasional flexibility may be required for seasonal projects

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, general labor, landscaping, or custodial work preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must pass:
• Background check (no job-related felonies or misdemeanors)
• Drug screening (required prior to placement)
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation to and from worksite
