About Us:

Elevate Health & Wellness is a comprehensive, dual-licensed mental health and addiction treatment clinic providing high-quality care for individuals and families. We will also soon be opening a residential mental health program for adolescent and adult females. Our supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team includes some of Connecticut’s most dedicated clinicians. We are growing and seeking licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our reputable and compassionate team.

Position Overview:

We are hiring for full-time therapists to provide individual and group therapy to adolescent and adult clients . This role includes individual, family and group therapy at our residential program that is opening in Clinton, CT as well as our outpatient practice in Westport, CT. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care within our outpatient and residential treatment settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate groups as assigned
• Provide individual counseling to adolescents and adults addressing mental health and substance use concerns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (treatment plans, notes, discharge summaries)
• Communicate and coordinate with schools and community providers as needed
• Participate in weekly supervision and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent), in good standing
• Strong skills in mental health and co-occurring disorder treatment
• Experience facilitating groups and working in a team-based environment
• Professional communication and strong clinical judgment
• Ability to work from 2 offices : This position is based in Clinton 3 days/wk and Westport 2 days/wk.
• Passion for empowering clients and promoting long-term wellness
