Job Description

Urban Landworks is seeking a skilled Project Material & Field Organizer with at least 3 years of hands-on landscape experience to support our field crews and ensure smooth project execution. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable in landscape installation and maintenance, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape and hardscape installations, including paver patios, retaining walls, plantings, edging, sod, mulch, and drainage systems
• Prepare job sites by digging, grading, and layout following project plans
• Operate and maintain landscape tools and equipment (e.g., skid steers, compactors, saws)
• Transport materials and supplies between the shop and job sites as needed
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of job sites

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional landscaping experience (installation and/or maintenance)
• Working knowledge of tools, equipment, and landscape techniques
• Ability to read and interpret site plans or instructions
• Strong physical condition; ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team
• Able to pass DOT health examination
