Five new food service outlets will open in the next year at our Des Moines, IA location and we need a Restaurant Kitchen Manager who can handle the growth. Responsibilities: 

  • As our Restaurant Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchens and manage a team of talented chefs. 
  • You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety regulations are followed. 
  • The Kitchen Manager will monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is functioning properly. 
  • You will collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. 
  • Kitchen Managers conduct team meetings, daily, to discuss goals and responsibilities, ensuring everyone is aligned with the day's objectives. 
  • Managing staff schedules and training new team members to uphold our culinary excellence are important parts of Kitchen Manager duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass TSA screening.
