Manage full-cycle recruitment and job offers. IT Bench Sales Responsibilities Handle end-to-end bench sales and consultant marketing. Work with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients. Post resumes on portals (Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.). Coordinate interviews and placements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3–4 years of US IT Staffing or Bench Sales experience. Knowledge of work authorizations & US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
