Job Title: HVAC Service Technician Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, air conditioning, and hydronic systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring systems are operating efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and diagnose HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components. Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Install HVAC equipment (e.g., furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini splits and ductwork). Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, and leak detection in accordance with EPA standards. Interpret wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Communicate effectively with customers about service options, pricing, and system conditions. Complete service documentation and reports accurately. Adhere to all local and national HVAC codes, safety standards, and company policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred. 2+ years of HVAC experience (preferred, will train if necessary). Valid EPA Section 608 Certification. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Ability to use HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and safety practices. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Work Conditions: May require working in confined spaces, on rooftops, or in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. On-call availability for emergency repairs (as needed).

Compensation details: 19-35 Hourly Wage
