Job Description

The eCommerce and Payments Manager will assume, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Oversee eCommerce and Payments functions such as Online and Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Zelle, Debit and Credit Card Portfolio, Card Claims (Fraud and Non-Fraud Disputes), Mobile Deposit, and other Digital and Payment experience related areas.
• Manage the operations of the eCommerce team including remote deposit capture, wires, ACH, card services, mobile/online/bill payment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement products and services that improve the member digital experience.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, coaching, evaluating, and disciplining staff. Provide ongoing dialogue, coaching, mentoring, and guidance to staff.
• Foster and maintain a high-performance environment and culture to value members and each other, work as a team, constantly improve, and uphold accountability.
• Manage HelpDesk Tickets related to Online and Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Zelle, and Debit and Credit Card portfolio functions.
• Step in for the Supervisor or VP of eCommerce & Payments in their absence.

The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge and skillsets :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Five to seven years' experience in: research, analysis, strategic decision making in digital and mobile banking provider systems and channels, and card services of a financial institution
• Minimum three years in a direct supervisory or managerial role, preferably a financial institution
• Working knowledge of Symitar, Visa, Co Op systems, Candescent (or other Digital/Mobile banking platforms), Ensenta, Bill Pay systems (Partnercare), Fiserv (Zelle) preferred
