Falcon Farms is one of the leading fresh cut-flower distributors in the United States. Since 1987, the company has grown in production and commercialization, to 10 flower production farms in Colombia and Ecuador. The organization's commercial and distribution footprint in Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, and Long Beach allows us to service national wholesale and mass market accounts.
Operate a 26' refrigerated box truck.
Ensure compliance with DOT rules, regulations, and company policies.
Follow all safety practices at all times.
Load and unload shipments (pallets or racks).
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
Understand and follow instructions accurately.
Be punctual and reliable.
Available to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3:00 a.m.
Must be at least 21 years old .
Must have at least 3 years of verifiable driving experience .
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license issued in the state of residence.
No temporary, instructional, or interim licenses accepted.
No more than 3 accidents in the past 3 years (regardless of fault).
No Type A violations in the past 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, suspended license, hit & run, etc.).
No more than 4 total incidents (accidents + Type B violations) in the past 3 years.
No more than 3 Type B violations in the past 18 months.
No license suspension or revocation within the last 2 years.
Must pass DOT physical and drug screening .
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be physically able to lift, carry, push/pull, and work in varying temperatures and environments.
Direct hire with Falcon Farms.
Eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days.
401K eligibility after 6 months.
