Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a solid understanding of online marketing channels, and the ability to create and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create and manage social media content calendars, engage with followers, and monitor trends to ensure the company’s social media presence is impactful and consistent.

Collaborate with content teams to optimize website and blog content for SEO. Track keyword performance, improve page rankings, and ensure the website is search engine friendly.

Help develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows. Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements for better engagement.

Track and analyze performance metrics (website traffic, conversions, ROI, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign reports.

Support in conducting A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize performance.

Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) and ensure budgets are spent effectively.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop digital assets for campaigns, including banners, graphics, and videos.

Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends to ensure the company’s digital strategies remain innovative and effective.

Work closely with other departments such as sales, design, and product teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
