Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by entering, verifying, and updating data into our systems. Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Assist in generating reports and extracting data for analysis and decision-making.
Perform routine data quality checks and identify discrepancies or errors.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve any data-related issues.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security.
Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of data entry best practices and data management principles.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with data entry or administrative tasks is a plus.
Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
