我们正在为一所北京的学校招聘升学指导老师，到岗时间为2025年8月。 工作职责负责高中班级小组的指导，帮助学生找到学习方向和匹配点;负责高中一对一辅导，为学生定制辅导方案;负责收集学生信息，跟踪学生学习情况，与班主任、家长密切沟通;负责撰写或修改学生论文，指导学生提交网上申请材料;负责学生面试辅导，对学生和家长进行心理辅导;负责学生入学后的签证准备，以及海外入学前后的心理辅导和生活指导;积极接待大学访问，协助举办大学公开讲座;协助开放日演讲，招生面试和其他活动 任职要求本科及以上海外留学经历具有升学指导教学经验者优先教师资格证良好的交流能力，中英文流利 薪资福利月薪14-30K带薪寒暑假 Job responsibilitiesResponsible for the guidance of high school class group, to help students find the direction of study and matching points;Responsible for One-on-one guidance in high school, customized guidance plan for students;Responsible for collecting students' information, following up students' learning, and communicating closely with class teachers and parents;Responsible for writing or revising students' essays and guiding students' submission of online application materials;Responsible for student interview counseling, both students and parents psychological counseling;Responsible for preparing students for visa after admission, as well as psychological counseling and life guidance before and after overseas admission;Actively receive university visits and assist in hosting university public lectures; Assist with Open Day presentations, admissions interviews and other activities Job requirementsBachelor degree or aboveTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in University Guidance in higher educationExcellent communications skillsFluent in English and Mandarin Salary and benefitsMonthly salary is 14-30KSummer and winter vacations
