The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or senior care administration and a passion for providing quality, person-centered services to older adults and individuals with special needs. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations in compliance with New Jersey Department of Health (DOH) regulations. * Supervise and support staff, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment. * Coordinate participant admissions, care plans, and family communication. * Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation required for licensing and audits. * Develop, implement, and enforce facility policies and procedures. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. * Manage budgets, payroll, and administrative processes effectively. * Foster positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners.
