Scope of Position

The Administrative Assistant 4 provides front‑line administrative operations for Medical Staff Administration and other departments under the Chief Clinical Officer. The role manages calendaring, meeting logistics, travel/reimbursements, purchasing/POs, rosters/access, and timekeeping editor functions for assigned cost centers, while partnering closely with Finance, HR, IT, and clinical departments. This role also supports the data input and updates for the provider data system with partnership of other members in Medical Staff Administration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.
  • 4 years of relevant experience required. 6 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
